Michael Marks joined East Rock Capital in 2007. Michael was previously a securities litigation attorney primarily representing institutional investors. Michael also served as an auditor in the financial services group at Ernst & Young. He is a CPA and a member of the New York State Bar. Michael holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
