Bryan Nance joined East Rock Capital in 2022. He previously worked as an attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions (including distressed M&A), joint ventures, co-investments and related equity investments and arrangements on behalf of private equity and private credit funds and publicly traded and privately held companies. Bryan is a member of the New York State Bar. He holds a JD from The George Washington University School of Law and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from The King’s College (New York).
